The Saturday Review

I have been making guacamole since college and it always seems to get rave reviews. I don’t really feel like I do anything special but people seem to like it so I thought I would share with you my guacamole making skills.

Here are the ingredients:

All I do is mash up the avocados, add some of the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles and sprinkle in some Lawry’s Seasoned Salt. I really feel like the Lawry’s may be the “secret” ingredient but who knows. And here is what you get:

We put guacamole on our sandwiches, burgers, tacos and just about anything else we can think of and sometimes we even just grab some chips and enjoy!

    I have had Cheri’s Guacamole and it is delish! I could go for some now!!! I’m thinking I will pick up all the ingredients from the store today and fix me some for a late night snack.
