Now that my blog is finally back up I am super excited to post this family’s session! I spent a beautiful evening at a local Orlando park with Jason, Kate and adorable Coleman and have to say that Coleman is one of the most content babies I have ever met. He was a trooper through a few hours of shooting and three outfit changes! His blue eyes and perfectly chunky legs will melt your heart within seconds of meeting him so I thought you should really meet him too, but be prepared to melt…
My last photo shoot in Texas took place in south Texas with this beautiful family the day before I left. I actually met Laila (and cutie-pie Sophia) at Laila’s sister Sonia’s wedding in Florida. We met at a park/playground across from their home and I feel super fortunate to have gotten to hang out a little more with Sophia! She was a ton of fun in her little tutu and bow (which is my understanding that Aunt Sonia sent that!) I am currently putting together an amazing 20×20 storyboard for this family and once they pick the final images I will be thrilled to share that as well. For now here is the Gulley Family…
And…another Texas destination photo shoot…this one featuring The Royer Family! I have known Elizabeth for a super duper long time and I feel so blessed to be able to call her a close friend (even though we live over 1000 miles apart!) When Elizabeth and Todd had Tristan they flew me out to Texas for his newborn photos so I got to meet this little guy when he was a mere 16 days old and didn’t have all that beautiful blonde hair yet! He turned “2″ a few weeks after these were taken…so what do you do with a 2 year old in a photo shoot-well, you play with bubbles and in the leaves, of course!
All that bubble blowing and leaf throwing wears a little guy out…
…and the destination for this photo shoot-Texas! Back in December I headed to Texas and as soon as I landed at the Dallas airport I headed for the Dallas Arboretum to meet up with the Kilsby family. I have known Casey and Robert for several years-they were both student government officers at Brazosport College when I was the Student Activities Director there. They are now married and have cutie-pie adorable Audrey to call their own! It was a gorgeous day…blue skies, sun shinning and the perfect weather for some amazing fur boots! I’ll let you see for yourself…
This was an international destination photo session in reverse…the Aadnegard family traveled to Florida from Iceland and Denmark for one amazing family vacation and since they were all together it was the perfect photo opportunity. We decided to meet at Lake Louisa State Park and it turned out to be a great location. It was a tad bit chilly but the kids loved the sand and the view of the lake. So, who made the trip…well it was Mom and Dad, their four kids and spouses and their ten kids-19 all together! They have all made their way back to Iceland and Denmark so here are their memories of Florida…
I have probably said it on numerous occasions but I can’t help myself…I adore this family! Olivia is as precious as they come and after this photo shoot I was really wishing I could pull off red and white stripped leggings and silver glitter shoes! Park Avenue in Winter Park was the perfect location for us to hang out and capture some wonderful holiday memories for the Jalbert Family! I hope you enjoy this family as much as I do…
I have been documenting Harper’s life since she was in her mommy’s tummy so to be there to see her turn one meant a lot. Harper turned one with an amazing circus themed birthday party planned entirely by her creative and talented Mom, Andrea. From hot dogs to popcorn to face painting and some of the most amazing cupcakes ever…the party, with Harper as the Ring Leader, was a smashing success! And now you are invited too…
Lukas turned 1 and I felt very fortunate to have captured this moment! I have been documenting Lukas’s life since he was born and the Brokaw family is very precious to me. We headed out early in the morning to a quiet, peaceful place just down the street from their home and took advantage of that beautiful morning light. And of course Maverick joined in as well so here, again, is the family of four…the Brokaws…
You are about to meet a super duper adorable family-the Fitzpatricks! I traveled to Tampa for this photo shoot and getting to meet Eva was worth every mile! Birkenstocks, a maxi skirt and a butterfly made for a perfect photo shoot. We hung out in their neighborhood, walked around, stopped at a few neat locations and ended up at a park. Grandma and Grandpa even got in on the action and are the reason for Ava’s laughter in several of the shots! And here they are…the Fitzpatrick Family…
