Lukas turned 1 and I felt very fortunate to have captured this moment! I have been documenting Lukas’s life since he was born and the Brokaw family is very precious to me. We headed out early in the morning to a quiet, peaceful place just down the street from their home and took advantage of that beautiful morning light. And of course Maverick joined in as well so here, again, is the family of four…the Brokaws…
You are about to meet a super duper adorable family-the Fitzpatricks! I traveled to Tampa for this photo shoot and getting to meet Eva was worth every mile! Birkenstocks, a maxi skirt and a butterfly made for a perfect photo shoot. We hung out in their neighborhood, walked around, stopped at a few neat locations and ended up at a park. Grandma and Grandpa even got in on the action and are the reason for Ava’s laughter in several of the shots! And here they are…the Fitzpatrick Family…
I have been photographing Harper since she was in her Mommy’s tummy and could photograph this adorable little girl every day! And as any girl would have it we did four outfit changes. The second dress actually belonged to Harper’s Mom (Andrea), which makes those photographs even more special. We also did a few family shots and had a lot of fun with the UCF themed ones! The St. Onge’s got out their “tailgating” gear and we set up a mini version family tailgate and let Harper cheer, “Go Knights!”. The St. Onge family are super duper awesome so here is a little of that awesome sauce to share with you…

I had the pleasure of photographing Olivia shortly after this beauty was born and was then blessed to photograph her baptism on May 22nd (my birthday even!) Olivia’s family and friends were there to witness this special ceremony and Olivia took it well when the Priest poured cold water over her forehead. She actually seemed to be fascinated as to what was going on around her. I want to thank Dena and Andy for letting me share in this day with them-what an amazing family.
I was in Texas in the spring for a wedding and met up with my wonderful friend Melissa. Melissa brought along her two girls-Kennedy and Piper (I think they were a little bummed Jonathan wasn’t there to juggle for them). So…I did the next best thing…took impromptu pictures of them. I am FINALLY getting around to posting them (hopefully they are not in high school yet!) So here are two of my favorite Texas gals…

Whoa! Seriously? I just realized I never blogged my photo shoot with the beautiful and amazing Znoskos family-this was a total shock to me since I completely and totally fell head over heals with Sophia, who can be my cover model anytime (in fact she is going to be featured on several of my new branding pieces!) And you’ll surely see her again, as I have another photo shoot scheduled with Sophia and her family. So…we met at their home and Grandma and Grandpa joined us as well-a very special treat! Sophia was the perfect princess and this families love shone through in every image. Finally…drum roll…here they are!
The Duff Family were on vacation from Canada and visiting sunny Florida. Erin had contacted me before their trip to arrange to have some family photos taken while they were here and we pretty quickly settled on the beach. When Erin contacted me she also told me that she was, herself, a professional photographer in Canada. Erin owns Simple Elegance Photography and shoots weddings, portraits, families and newborns as well so I was super excited to meet her and her family. We met at the beach in the morning so they could enjoy the rest of their day just relaxing and hanging out at the beach (I figured they may need that after the few days they had already had at the theme parks!) We had a blast just walking the beach(Erin and I talking shop) and then finally letting loose, going for it and letting the waves come crashing in! So here is the Duff Family…
I met the Kong Family at a local park to hang out until sunset and get some family shots. I must say that Tracy and Freddie have two absolutely beautiful children-Kai and Hailie-and they were full of energy (just the way it should be!) I think Kai had a little more fun checking out my camera and wanting to “assist” me than actually wanting to be in the pictures but we managed to get him in the majority of them! And as you’ll see-an important family photo shoot tip: Always bring sippy cups! This is an amazing and fun family and I would like for you to meet them…
Fantasy Surf is a great place to celebrate and have a party! I recently did a photo shoot for Fantasy Surf, in Kissimmee, FL to highlight their party packages. The kids had a great time laughing and giggling, eating cake and flowboarding. If you are interested in their party packages go here to their website and check it out.
