This was an international destination photo session in reverse…the Aadnegard family traveled to Florida from Iceland and Denmark for one amazing family vacation and since they were all together it was the perfect photo opportunity. We decided to meet at Lake Louisa State Park and it turned out to be a great location. It was a tad bit chilly but the kids loved the sand and the view of the lake. So, who made the trip…well it was Mom and Dad, their four kids and spouses and their ten kids-19 all together! They have all made their way back to Iceland and Denmark so here are their memories of Florida…

I have probably said it on numerous occasions but I can’t help myself…I adore this family! Olivia is as precious as they come and after this photo shoot I was really wishing I could pull off red and white stripped leggings and silver glitter shoes! Park Avenue in Winter Park was the perfect location for us to hang out and capture some wonderful holiday memories for the Jalbert Family! I hope you enjoy this family as much as I do…

For the Mahoney Family holiday shoot we headed out to a local park that fortunately had a lot of nice, wide open spaces for Peyton to run around. Peyton had a blast being out at the park and certainly did not want to be restricted to one area-she is a ball of energy and we moved around a lot! We stayed until the park personnel told us they were officially closing so we shut the place down-party animals! Peyton is beyond adorable and I feel very fortunate to have met this sweet family. So here is our day at the park…

Jennifer and Travis are expecting a bouncing baby boy and Quinn should make his debut any day now. Ella is going to make an absolutely great big sister and she was a trooper for our photo shoot even assisting me at the end (she helped me take the shot of her mom and dad kissing and even instructed them as to what to do!) This is one of the sweetest families and Jennifer has the most adorable baby bump ever! And soon a family of three becomes a family of four…

I have been documenting Harper’s life since she was in her mommy’s tummy so to be there to see her turn one meant a lot. Harper turned one with an amazing circus themed birthday party planned entirely by her creative and talented Mom, Andrea. From hot dogs to popcorn to face painting and some of the most amazing cupcakes ever…the party, with Harper as the Ring Leader, was a smashing success! And now you are invited too…

I have known Jacquie since I moved to Orlando and we share a common bond-we both have son’s named Cody whom we adore! Jacquie is an absolutely amazing financial planner and has patiently answered my questions and helped walked me through financial “stuff” that I don’t always understand-she’s the best! For their family photo shot I headed over to their neck of the woods and hung out at the Bletzaker home and neighborhood and captured their beautiful family-Jacquie, her husband, twin girls and Cody…

I was thrilled to be able to photograph these very special memories for the Znoskos family-the entire family together, including the grandparents. Sophia is as precious as they come and as I said on the last photo shoot-I could photograph her all day (and her teddy bear!) We started out in their backyard for some more casual shots and as is Florida…it started to rain, so we headed inside as the grandparents arrived and took the larger family shots in the Znoskos’s beautiful home. So here again is Sophia and her wonderful family…

I have known Sonya for about two years now and we have, on occasion, discussed our mutual love for all that is Oregon, including the fact that we both had family that lived in the beautiful northwest state. So when family came to visit Sonya, her husband and children, from Oregon, to celebrate a very special anniversary it was a great time to get some photos. When I arrived we began chit-chatting and the phrase “it’s a small world” has never been so true. In conversation they proceeded to ask me where my family lived in Oregon and what their names were (most of the time you find those questions futile because they don’t lead to anything)! To my surprise they knew my family and had known my family for years so there was an instant special connection knowing they had known Aunt Betty and Uncle Jim (who have since passed away) and were good friends with them and they knew my cousins and names and I was a little freaked out but also totally inthralled. So with my newfound Oregonian friends we headed out to a beautiful St. Cloud conservation area and shared a little Florida with them.

When Marnie contacted me to do their holiday photo shoot this year I thought to myself-my goodness has it been a year already! How time flies! I was really excited to see Ashley and Logan again and see how much they had grown! We could not have asked for a more beautiful day and their back yard made the perfect setting again. Hanging out with the Robinsons is always fun so I invite you to join in…
