That’s how I felt when I met Kendall. I could have stayed all day and just held her. I could not be happier for Kelly and Dave and their glow and happiness was definitely contagious. I was on a natural baby high for the rest of the day and am fortunate to have recurrences every time I look at these pictures (and I get to do that a lot!) There is no way to describe what you are feeling when this new little life is placed into your arms. Just a few weeks prior to Harper’s arrival Andrea and Ed had their maternity session, which you can see here and here. Andrea had a feeling Harper would arrive a little early-mother’s tend to know these things. Everyone got their wish when little Harper arrived right before Thanksgiving…and with one beautiful head of dark hair! So at one week old I got to hold this amazing new life in my arms and there is nothing like it and no other feeling except pure joy. We had a great time and even got to put Harper in the special Christmas outfit Grandma sent!
